I love that you took a look at my blog and now clicked ''shop''. All the  pretty things you see displayed on my blog and that say ''FOR SALE'' are waiting for you to be bought :).

I take great joy in making my little creations and hope that they bring you joy as well. Even if it is just by looking at them! If you do decide to purchase, please read below for my policies...

Payement

If you live in the wonderful world, outside of the Euro-zone, I accept Paypal payments only.

If you are ''in the zone'' that uses Euro as a currency, you can pay by bank trasfer. I will give you all the necessary information by email. 

Please pay within four days after placing an order. When no payment is received I will contact you by e-mail. If no response is recieved, I will cancel the sale. If you have any problems paying, please let me know.

I send out your lovely order, when I have received the payment.


Shipping

When

...within three days of receiving your payment.
I will let you know by email when I have set the little package free into the world of mailings.

How

I ship worldwide from the lovely Belgium and use Belgian Postal Services to keep the costs as low as possible. I do not normally use insured shipping, but if you prefer that, let me know and I can tell you in advance the extra cost.

I will do my best to ship my little treasures as safely as possible. They are in special designed postal boxes/envelopes... so should be safe from the rough travels to their new homes.
If you would like it specially gift-wrapped, seperate, together, ... or have a note added, please contact me and I will do the best I can to make it as special as possible!

For multiple items purchased together, I offer combined shipping.

Whereto

Let us make sure that the package arrives where you want it! If you would like your treasure sent to a giftee or other address, please let me know, otherwise I will send your purchase to the address you leave behind in your email.

Arriving?

Shipping in Belgium should only take 1 or 2 days

Shipping to USA, Canada or Australia usually takes from 5 days up to 2,5 weeks... sometimes slower, sometimes faster. The package might know a delay due to customs.

Shipping to most European countries usually takes from 2 days up to 1 week.

Aaaaaand...

Please take note of these little things:

- I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment

- any customs fees, duties or import charges, if charged, are your responsibility

Refunds and Exchanges

Normally, all my sales are final.

Buuuuuut... I of course want you to be absolutely happy... It would be a tragedy if you are not and my item has something to do with it.

Please contact me if you have a question, hesitation or flat-out unhappinness regarding your purchase. Do this within 3 days of receiving the package and we can try to work something out so both you and me are as happy as can be!

Note that shipping will not be refunded, return shipping costs are your responsibility and, it speaks for itself, that the goods should be unused.

Additional policicies and what nots...

- About the glue that keeps it all together...

I have researched and experimented with different types of glue and use the one that I am the most satisfied with.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as the perfect glue that keeps everything together forever and ever and through everything...

Sometimes things come apart... If that does happen, you can glue it back together with some love, patience and superglue.

- I offer the possibility to custom order something special. If you have a favorite outfit you wish to complete with a special accessory... Let me know! You could send me a picture of the outfit and I can try to put something together...

- I do my absolute best to show the items as they are... with their fabulous colours and prints... but colours and details may vary depending on your monitor.

- All the supplies I use to make my creations are said to be lead and nikkel free. I do not have any proof of that though and will not repeat such claim, but suffice to say I would be extremely surprised!

- I make all my thingies myself, in a smoke free and pet free environment.

- I would LOVE to hear from you when you have received the item...
